Ranch Chicken
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 (1 ounce) packet dry ranch-style salad dressing mix
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the parmesan cheese, crushed corn flakes, and dry ranch dressing mix in a bowl. Melt the butter in a separate bowl.
Rinse and dry the chicken pieces. Dip each piece of chicken in the melted butter, then dredge in the corn flake mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
