Line a sheet pan with heavy aluminum foil. Spread the bacon slices out on the foil. Make as many or as few slices as you like.
Place the pan into a cold oven. Set the oven to 400 degrees F or if you are using a convection oven 375 degrees F. If you are using thin
sliced bacon, it will be done almost by the time the oven gets up to the set temperature, however, thick sliced bacon takes longer.
Thick sliced bacon will need to cook for about 25 minutes, or until it is browned. Drain the bacon on paper towels before serving.
