1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
In a bowl, mix well together the ground beef, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, minced onion, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties.
Cook patties over a preheated grill until meat is no longer pink. Serve on rolls and with condiments of choice.
