Biscuits
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup grated, sharp cheddar cheese
Topping
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) butter, melted
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet by spraying with non stick cooking spray.
Combine Bisquick, milk, and cheese in a medium bowl. Drop by large spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to
10 minutes. While biscuits are baking, prepare topping.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, parsley flakes, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. When done, remove biscuits from the oven.
While still hot, brush on melted butter mixture.
