Quick and good.
1. Heat corn oil to medium in cast iron skillet
2. Add onions and peppers and wilt them
3. Push to one side and add 1/2 spices
4. Add meat on top
5. Sprinkle remaining spices on meat
6. When meat is brown, flip it
7. Add Salsa, beans, cheese and stir
8. Warm large flour tortilla
9. Place lettuce or tomato in tortilla
10. Fill with fajitas
11. Add hot sauce, wrap and serve
