Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup Milk
1 tbsp melted butter
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
Butter for tins
Tools
Muffin tins or custard cups
Instructions
1. Combine liquid ingredients and mix with solid ingredients
2. Butter tins and half fill them with mixture
3. Place in a cold oven, set to 450 and bake 15 minutes
4. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 20 minutes more
5. Test one and serve
Notes
Like a classic classic quickbread that relies on chemical leavening instead of yeast, this uses nothing!

If your oven is not COLD, do not attempt this.
