Dice 0.2 lbs Prosciutto (4 slices) and start it in a pan over med heat
Add 4 shallots diced to 1/4 in. into a pan with 4 cloves of completely smashed garlic and pour olive oil to sweat
Get 2 packs (6 - 8 oz) of gourmet mushrooms, pick out the crimini or baby portobellas and dice to 1/4 to 1/2 inch
Toss the remaining all mushrooms into the pan with 1 bar of butter butter
Add at least1 to up to 2 Cups heavy cream (un-pasteurized is best)
Plate with appropriately seasoned beef
