When the chef and waitress lost their home in Katrina, they sold their surviving French restaurant to their employees and moved in with family on Grand Island, NY. In a house/bar in the sticks, supported by family and friends, they served breakfast and lunch to fix up the place and make ends meet. Finally, they are open for dinner. Imho, its the best - whenever you go.
