get fresh fettuccine from store and cook it.
make a bechamel as follows:
2T butter, melt
2 T wondra or flour, add and whisk till browned
add1 c milk
plus 1/4 tsp salt plus pepper plus 5 or 6 grinds of a nutmeg (or a pinch)
then add Gorgonzola by taste, 1T at a a time, to 4 Tbsp+-.
crush some nuts and add.
Toss w pasta and serve.
