Ingredients
2 Heads of Garlic
Good Olive Oil
Salt
Tools
Knife
Ovenproof dish
Foil
Instructions
1. Set oven to 375
2. Cuts tips off heads to expose the bottom of each clove
3. Coat with oil and sprinkle some salt
4. Place garlic in dish with about 1/2 inch of oil
5. Roast for 40 minutes or until tender
Notes
Use extra oil and keep it to use for a few days.
Cautions
Do not overcook or attempt to speed the process. You can cut it to 20 minutes if you break down the cloves but this is not preferred.
