Heat = ceramic rangetop, microwave, and natural gas Weber with side burner as well as a Weber kettle for charcoal
Water = abundant POTW from lake Erie forces sand/carbon filtered water
since this is my kitchen, it rocks. most importantly, I can cook anything including anything directly on wood.
if I can't cook it right, it nobody's fault but my own.
