after madhur jaffries
nuke 4 cups of chopped collard greens about 4 minutes until wilted
put 2 india sanaam chiles in a skillet with a little oil and heat on med-hi till chilis turn brown
add 2 pole-sliced shallots and brown them
add collards, 1/2 teaspoon each of salt, sugar and garam masala and toss
add 4 T cream, stir and cook 4 minutes
