appetizer: sushi roll: nori stuffed with fried soft shell crab, roasted poblano and mild asiago, and served with fresh jalepeno cream sauce
main course: duck with pear sauce
desert: selection of idziabal and other hard cheeses.
wine selection: a dry reisling for the pre-courses, a very expensive margeau for the duck, and a pacific northwest desert wine.
