1/3 c instant grits
1 and 1/3 c strained Chinese hot and sour soup (chicken stock can be used to bring up the liquid if you are short)
tree fungus picked and add back in with tofu to taste
pinch salt and pepper*
bring to boil and stir till thick
(* careful as this has a peppery flavor already to me)
serve with duck with hoisin lime sauce and/or savory yams
