put 6 cloves garlic, 1" cube of ginger 1/2 cup of soy nuts and 6T water in food processor and blend
heat a ltille oil med-hi and add 2 bay leaves, 8 whole cardamom pods, 4 cloves and a 1 inch Cinnamon stick til fragrant
add 1 medium onion finely chopped for 3 mins and cook till brown add 1 T ground coriander and 1/4 cup of cayenne, stir for 3 mins and add 1Tbsp tomato puree
add 3 lbs chopped pork shoulder with connective tissue removed, stir in 3 T cream, 1/2 T garam masala and 1/2 c water and cook covered for 25 mins
taste and add salt halfway trough cooking and adjust seasoning before serving
