Kevin Speed's Cycling Tours

This was taken in July 2011 at Moiry Glacier at the end of a long valley from Sion in the Valais, Switzerland

It's a long ride up steep gradients to reach the glacier but a great reward when the end is reached with the mountains all around and the lake and glacier ahead.

Didn't see any penguins up there though.

Chocolate Penguins are for munching - get through plenty on long bike rides and never put weight on!

That's the best bit about cycling - as well as time to take in the views - eat what you like and never get fat. Who needs the gym!?
