Rotary grant discussion

Following the synchro show - Coach Laura was approached by the president of the Rotary about the camera grant. President Laura emailed the rotary asking them to go through WM not the coaches. Awaiting reply to that.

From the info given to Coach they need to close out the grant. Which we thought was dealt with 2 years ago after the receipts and paperwork from the booster and school ordering was done.

As far as we can see the funding and receipt for the camera , speakers, ipads etc is all in place and dealt with. 

Laura will go on the rotary monthly zoom this week and see what is needed.

Treasurers Report

Erica’s financial reports centered on the receipts and communication regarding the rotary grant. Erica is listing the expenses for the team - renewals etc. PO Box invoice is in from the PO for the annual PO Box cost. Other things coming in like Meet Manager and Apple care.

Awaiting $ from Pizza Pub fundraiser.

Old Business

• Record Board - 2 diving records for Jamie and the diving for this season. 11 dive 458.70 6 dive 306.90. Laura has them and is giving them and blank ones to Mike Hennen.

• MN SOS -  Erica will file. Costs $60 and can be done online. 

Fundraising

Pizza Pub $ awaiting.

DQ set for the last day of school.

Teams Update

 Synchro sections are this week.

Coach Meeting

Set for June 3rd 5:30 at the HS.

Other business

Erica wondered if each team could have  a liaison or treasurer appointee. Currently we look after all team finances through WM. Ideally as the funds grow for the teams they could take over the activities and reimbursements for their own team. Moot with coaches at meeting in June. WIth Erica as main treasurer overseeing all. Need to find a new treasurer next year, with Erica having children entering junior year.
