Wavemakers Meeting 

November 11th 2025 - 7:00 pm @ FLHS

Minutes from previous meeting approved - JF & ER all in favour.

Treasurers Report

Financial statements passed around - accounts are looking healthy. Girls used Vertical Raise for fundraising and got in about $10k. Boys will also use this - coach hopes to cover swim warm ups for this year. Motion to accept report, Jim Fallon motion and Rochelle 2nd - all in agreement. Report accepted.

Old Business

• Touch Pads - need to discuss with AD - Jim is looking into a quote for a smaller number than 4 to pass and discuss with AD.

• Record Board - Mike is coordinating with Jim and pool staff to install. All records are current and upto date with boys and synchro. Girls have 3 this season to change - wait on state meet for the final order.

• Record Doc - This is completed and Laura has it up to date.

• Meet Software - Jim found out it is the $25 registration not the larger amount so this is paid for 

• MN SOS - status with this is ‘Involuntary Dissolution’  Erica is in possession of the necessary forms to re register and get this updated. Still ok from the Federal perspective.

Fundraising

Butterbraids are available until Nov 24 to order. Central link will come to Hayley to organise delivery. Currently at 30 orders after 1 week. Would like to get this to 100 to achieve free shipping.

Girls Season Update

Sections - 3rd place for the team.  3 events going to State!  Medley Relay - 500 Free and 100 Breast.

Needs from coach: Wait to hear from Dom for boys season. Hayey to see if there is an update for numbers enrolled.
