Girls Team Update

2 Meets so far, first home meet is Thursday 7th.  Need more timers.   Rochelle has bought hand paddles and would like bungee cords for practice, Dom would also like some for boys team. Girls did Cub Foods bagging this last weekend.  Brought in around $1200.

Treasurer Report

Shereen has the info and reports for Erica for handing over. The bank will need to change the signatures on the account.  They need to get the cash from Cub foods.

Pool News

Jim has a quote from Colorado timing for 6 new buttons, $615 including shipping.  They are in stock. We will purchase these as the school just dealt with the blocks.

Poles.  The new taller poles need to be 8ft for code.  Quote from Keifer 4 poles with shipping $3000+  .  Can the school help ?  Jim can ask.  He will go into a steel place in Blaine to see if they can supply them for less, $200 per pole.  Needs to see if this can be doable in the pool holes.  Also if they could maybe just supply the extra 2 ft per pole needed to increase height to code.  Also look for a ring to replace the stretched one currently on the pole.  Jim can ask this at the Blaine location. Then we can think of a plan of action.

Blocks that have been replaced have some damage.  Rochelle was going to speak with Hennen. Is there a warranty? From the photo it could be a delivery issue as they look like they have been dropped.

Handles, Can the custodian fix the issue with the block handles.  Rob can check handles on Thursday.
