Wavemakers Meeting

Synchro Team Update

3 Figure meets so far.  Headsets are being used and camera. Some static with headsets when they go under but Laura is happy with them.

Treasurer Report

Cub Foods bagging raised $1260 .

Old Business

Timing Record Board

The new records have arrived and with the Athletic Office.  Girls team have a new record Rochelle has sent.

Fundraisers

Epilepsy Clothing Drive

Truck will be parked up at the Legion and Dean will get the key.  Hayley will get the key from the last shift on Saturday to pass on to the 1st Sunday shift.

Dairy Queen - Blizzard Fundraiser 

Shereen  will work on this for the last day of school.  Was successful last year.  Every blizzard ordered will be a $1 donation. In progress - Shereen will send Hayley the flyer and Hayley can send to HS to get in the announcements.

Towel Fundraiser

5 orders for synchro so far.

Team Reps 

Many thanks to Dom and Jen for attending. Still need a girls team rep to attend.

Synchro Record Board

Dean has mocked up an idea and sent it to Laura, all ok for Laura, need sizing info sending for quote , Dean to liaise with Hennen and Laura.  Will go above the men's locker room.

Practice flags

Ask Rob about the costing for the equipment. Dean will order clipboards.

Approved possible spend on big items, up to $3500 Jon will talk to Rob True as Heenen can be asked about covering the cost of some potentially.

Apparel

Shereen, Jen and Hayley met about this.  Jen will call her contact at Heritage and see if its something they can help with..

New Treasurer Needed

Shereen has her athlete graduation this year and will not be able to represent Wavemakers as Treasurer.  Erica could possibly be interested. 

Website takeover

Need a volunteer to run the website. Great way to get hours filled for NHS needs.

NFS fundraisers for Easter Egg hunts and Nothing Bundt Cakes went well.
