Meeting officially started at 7:02pm
Starting Blocks
Joe Jarosz - Total estimate for new starting blocks $40,000.00. Proposal in process for school district funding.
2. Backstroke Flags
Received and in storage until needed for Girls Swim season in the fall of 2019. May need minor adjustment in length.
3. Wall Award Banners
Currently at the SWJH pool in office. Not installed.
ACTION: Joe following up with pool manager Jen.
4. Record Board
New records in process of updating.
ACTION: Joe in contact with signing company.
5. Meet Mobile Software System
ACTION: Mike Thomas will update system in the off season during summer months.
6. District Communication
ACTION: Pat Olson will be contacting school district regarding any discussion of future pool updates or proposals.
7. Annual Dues
Proposal of $10 annual fee per swimming participant. To be discussed in the future.
8. Protocol for Future Team Expense Submissions
Treasurer-Tara proposal for team protocol regarding submitting team expenditures.
9. Summer Swimming Program
Summer program coach will be Coach - Nicole
