Wavemakers Meeting 

March 3rd 2026 - 7:00 pm @ FLHS

Agenda - Decisions and Action Items 

Minutes from the previous meeting approved - Motion LH & Second JF-  all in favour.

Treasurers Report

Erica has financial reports for all teams, no expenses for Girls and Synchro. WM paid for the photos for Jamison senior night.  Boys have the parkas expense of $2700 paid out, deposits for the Vertical Raise and chuck a duck.

Reports for November, January, February approved JF motion and ER 2nd all in favour.

Old Business

• Touch Pads - Athletic Director has ordered the pads and we await the invoice from school. Foam pads are with Alex as per Rob True(Hayley)

• Record Board - 2 diving records for Jamie and the diving for this season. 11 dive 458.70 6 dive 306.90. Laura will order. There are also blank ones for the diving spots. 

• MN SOS -  Erica will file. Costs $60 and can be done online.

Fundraising

DQ - confirmed on the last day of school.

Teams Update

 Synchro needs - unknown as no rep or contact from coach.

Coach needs from past

Would like to replace the banners that are looking past their best, Erica took photos of what the Blaine pool set up is like. Laura will reach out to the sign people - would like girls and boys sections and condensing of the banners.

Other business

Laura has the OK from email voting for the locker order. To be ordered with Mike Hennen name to the pool. Laura will go on the delivery date to check it is there, Jeff at the pool, she will transfer the locker contents and lock.

Hayley reached out to Sadie - NHS advisor in the HS. She can certainly help with the timing needs for girls and boys upcoming seasons. Which will help to mitigate the gaps in the sign ups.

Erica has a Target gift card with $ on it -she will see if Synchro can use it for their hospitality paper supply needs.
