animal assemblage

The project that we did was animal assemblage. The goal was to create an animal using recycled items.

The subject of my creation is a unicorn. I chose to make this specifically because I thought it would look cool because I would use colorful paper. The steps I went through in creating this project were making the structure of the animal and then decorating it The materials used when I made this project were newspaper, tape, magazines, and paint chips. I chose to compose my art this way because I thought it would look colorful.

At first my project was going to be a butterfly but it evolved and ended up being a unicorn.

This project relates to me because I wanted to do a unicorn. If I were to do this project again I would buy paint chips so I had enough to cover the whole thing instead of using multiple papers.
