Abstract :
The "SafeZone" chatbot is an artificial intelligence chatbot for mental health care, giving advice on educational problems for students at the secondary level on the application line, and aims to develop this artificial intelligence chatbot for use within schools. To provide mental health care and emotional support for students under the circumstances of the COVID-19 outbreak. And to collect mental health data of students in schools for prompt assistance and care.
Functions in the "SafeZone" chatbot include counseling on educational problems, including problems with incomprehensible learning, problems with teachers, problems with work, homework, and problems with test scores, GPA, exams, and college entrance examinations. There is also a play mode to help users relax and relieve stress from studying. Through the functions of encouragement, song recommendations, movie or series recommendations, and today's captions.
Programs used for development include Dialogflow, Line Official Account, Canva (for graphic design in chatbots), Integromat (for managing webhook between Dialogflow and Google Sheet) and Google Data Studio (for displaying SafeZone dashboard which is taken care by the guidance teacher).
This project is the project that received the funding to subsidize the development of National Software Contest (NSC). The 24th from national electronics and computer technology centre (NECTEC), Office of the national science and technology development.
