Conduct routine inspections of food upon delivery and while in storage.
Be mindful of food during preparation.
Ensure surfaces and food processing equipment are intact and in good repair, replacing or repairing broken or cracked items.
Ensure food is covered appropriately while in storage, to prevent contamination.
