Region Report: Suggested Format

Students may format their reports however they like, but here is a suggestion:

• 1. Cover Page

     1. Name of Region

        1. Student Name (First and Last)

        2. Class Period

        3. Date

     2. Map (in color, well-cropped)

• • • 1. possibly 2 maps (zoomed in and zoomed out)

• 1. 3. Background Information

• • • 1. Date/Event/Justification (a table is a great way to format this section)

• 1. 4. Paragraph Prompt #1: write out prompt, then below include your typed, error-free, well-organized answer

     5. Modern Events

     7. Current Event & Current Event Analysis

• • • 1. I would create a page that had Notes, Summary, and Questions

      2. Be sure to include your Current Event as well (but only what is needed - often articles print with a bunch of other advertising and such attached to it - look for the "printer-friendly" version of the article).
