Group Conversations: with your group, work together to discuss the following items.
Choose a facilitator
Rank your understanding (how well do each of you feel like you understand this issue so far?)
Share out: "how would I explain this issue?"
Do this in order of least understanding to greatest
does this lead to more questions?
Share out: "what clarifying questions do we each have?"
can any of these be answered?
are these similar? different? why?
Discuss and decide on your TOP 5 questions your group needs answered or need to learn more about.
Once your top 5 have been discussed with the teacher, you may sign out one chrome book per group and try to find some answers together.
HOMEWORK (honor system - please do this!!!!!!!!!): have a discussion with an educated adult in your life about your issue. What do they know about the issue? What is their definition of the issue? What questions do they have about it? Etc.
