What can you expect from SPLs?
The role of the Salesforce Program Liaison is to regularly connect with the Eccles Salesforce Team regarding any desired modifications, updates, or new features within Salesforce. The SPLs are subject matter experts within their specific programs and are able to gather feedback from all stakeholders and efficiently communicate with the Eccles Salesforce Team. Please connect with your program's SPL with any questions, requests, or concerns. The SPLs listed below work with the Eccles Salesforce Team regularly and will pass along information to the appropriate resource.
What you should not expect from SPLs?
The Salesforce Program Liaisons do not have administrative access within Salesforce and cannot perform tasks beyond the permissions of regular users. If you can't perform a task in Salesforce, neither can they.
