To request Salesforce access for a new user or to request a change in access for an existing user please use this document as a reference guide to review available base permissions. Anyone in one of those business units and roles will receive the associated permissions. Please submit a case through eccles.my.salesforce.com with the business unit and job function (as referenced in the document) so that the appropriate permissions may be assigned.
The Eccles Salesforce org has installed additional packages or add-ons that may be requested, to grant access to additional functionality depending on business need, available licenses and/or supervisor approval. Available packages can be found here. Please submit a case through eccles.my.salesforce.com to request access with the name of the specific package and the business need.
