The steps for setting up open enrollment programs and sessions to appear on the registration form must be completed in a specific order. The steps explained in more detail below. (For custom classes, see Creating Campaigns for Custom Classes)
Create product and price

Create class(es)
1. If necessary, create a new product and price. Enter a Product Name and choose ExecEd Programs for the Product Name. The product name will need be used in the program, session and class set up in subsequent steps. Click on Save & Add Price. Enter price with or without two decimal places (1500 or 1500.50 are both allowed).
2. Next, navigate to Campaigns and click New. Record type should be Executive Education and member type should be ExecEd. Click Continue.
3. Next, set up the Program. Navigate to Campaigns and click New. In the Campaign Name, enter "Program -" without the quotes followed by the product name you entered into step 1. Click Active and enter a Start Date and End Date. In the Parent Campaign field, click the search icon and search for Exec Ed if you don't see it. Click on Exec Ed to add it to the Parent Campaign field.
4. Now, create the session(s). Navigate to Campaigns and click New. In the Campaign Name, enter "Session -" without the quotes followed by the product name you entered into step 1, followed by the date (e.g. Session - Knowledge Base - May 2017). Click Active and enter a Start Date and End Date. In the Parent Campaign field, click the search icon and search for the program you set up in step 3.Click on the program to add it to the Parent Campaign field. Repeat this step as many times as necessary.
5. Finally, create the class(es). Navigate to Campaigns and click New. In the Campaign Name, enter "Class -" without the quotes followed by the product name you entered into step 1 followed by the date of the class (e.g. Class - Knowledge Base - May 22). Click Active and enter a Start Date and End Date. In the Parent Campaign field, click the search icon and search for the session you set up in step 3.Click on the session to add it to the Parent Campaign field.
6. In order to mark people as 'attended' for a session, or to additional values to the status, click on Advanced Setup within the class. Click Edit and then add as many values as needed. You can also choose which value will be the default value for registrants of the specified class. Be sure to do this for each class. Repeat steps 5 and 6 as many times as necessary.
Other Notes:
To remove a program and/or session from the registration form, uncheck the Active boxes in the class(es), session(s) and program (if necessary) for the specific program and/or session.
