For: MRED, MSF, MSIS, MSBA, MHA
Certain fields in Salesforce are required to create a contact. Additionally, further fields are needed in order for the email automation to run correctly in Salesforce. To ensure data integrity, the Apply Yourself in progress query pulls applicants who have a value in the following fields:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
US Citizen
Program Desired
Created Date
At times, applicants will not fill out all of the above fields and therefore will not be included in the in progress import. Specialty Masters programs can generate an export of these individuals in order to contact them to complete their application. Follow the instructions below:
Log into Apply Yourself
Navigate to Search for Applicants
Select the In Progress, Not Imported query in the Unsubmitted Applications folder
Click Submit
Choose Export in Select an Action
Select the radio button next to Apply to All and click go
Select Grad Apps - Salesforce Import
Check the box next to Include data element names in first row of file (only applicable to Delimited type of Export)
Click run
This export will display the list of applicants who have not provided enough data to be imported.
