Pardot is a lead generation and marketing automation tool that integrates with Salesforce. It's the Eccles School's mass emailing tool with additional functionality (e.g. electronic form creation).
Users gain access by completing the Pardot Training Canvas Course. To request a course invitation, email pardot@eccles.utah.edu the following information:

Brief description of why your job responsibilities require Pardot access
Users must adhere to the Rules for Using Pardot, found in the Pardot User Materials folder in UBox. (Users gain access to this folder when they're invited to the Pardot Training Canvas Course.) Failure to comply will result in the loss of access.
Regular audits will maintain a clean system. Users are expected to participate in each audit as requested. During the audit, the team will deactivate all Pardot users who have not logged in for 6+ months.
You may be asked to activate your location when you log in to Pardot. If you encounter issues during, email pardot@eccles.utah.edu.
"When you attempt to log in to Pardot from an unrecognized IP address or uncookied browser, the login attempt is blocked. After activation, you can log in to Pardot normally. If you clear your cookies or access Pardot from a new location, you’re prompted to activate again.
