Once a scholarship has been awarded, you can add it to Salesforce using the "Scholarships Awarded" object on the contact record. Click "New Scholarship Awarded."
On the next page, add all the relevant information.
Award year: Current fiscal year
Award status: Mark "offered" when first offered. Change to "accepted" or "declined" when they have responded to the offer.
Fall/Spring/Summer amount: Put the amount they are awarded in the season corresponding to when they funds will be used.
Comments: Optional area for notes
Opportunity: Link the opportunity here once it is created after registration. (Linking the opportunity is important for accounting purposes)
