How to cancel or reschedule an individual using the Open Enrollment Registration Wizard:
Navigate to the Opportunity
Select the Open Enrollment Registration Wizard on the top of the page
Select "Cancel" or "Reschedule"
If selecting "Cancel" you will be given an opportunity to review your cancellation. If it looks correct, select "Next." The opportunity stage will be changed to "Lost/Cancelled" and campaign membership status for all associated campaigns will be changed to "Cancelled."
If selecting "Reschedule" the next screen will allow you to choose the new session.
On the next page you will be able to review the opportunity name, close date, and billing information. The "product" section tells the system how much to charge for the class, so be sure to change this to the right class.
On the next page review the price and add any applicable discount.
When you continue to the next page an opportunity will be created. At this point you can choose to send an invoice or not. Completing the form will trigger campaign membership to be created for the new class and will change old campaign membership status to "rescheduled."
