"Request for Information" campaigns indicate program of interest for leads. Marketing uses this information to run lists for marketing emails, and as an Executive Education team member you should make a habit of checking RFI campaign membership before communicating with leads.
They submit an RFI form on our website. A team member processes their request and adds them to the campaign.
They call in and the team member who speaks with them add them to the campaign.

Navigate to the contact record.
Scroll down to the "Campaign History" object and select "Add to Campaign."
Select "All Campaigns" from the drop-down menu. In the search text box type in "Request."
Select the campaign.
Select "Interested" from the drop-down menu and save.
Repeat for additional classes of interest.
If a contact indicates that they are no longer interested in a program, remove them by changing the status to "Not Interested."
Navigate to the contact record.
Scroll down to the "Campaign History" object.
Select "Edit."
Change status to "Not Interested" and save.
If in doubt, use the "Request for Information - General" campaign. Replace this with a more specific campaign when you get more information about their program of interest.
