We enter all our contacts, meetings, and notes into Salesforce.
We use Activities/Tasks for e-mails, calls, meetings.
We use Opportunities for tracking our progress on relationship management (ie did they accept our relationship/engagement proposal etc)
We add relationship/engagement proposals, annual plans, and employer summaries to custom attachments
