ARD coordinates with the University of Utah Development Office. The central office is using Ellucian CRM Advance now but will migrate to Salesforce (known as Unite) in late 2020 or early 2021. They plan to use Salesforce Marketing Cloud (versus Pardot), as well. Paul Majnik is the main point of contact for the migration.
