Scholars: how to tell if a student is involved

We are going to navigate to the Application Program related list in the Contacts tab in Salesforce .

At the top of the page, find and click on the 'Application Programs (Contact) related list. You will be taken to the bottom of the page where all of the related lists are.

The application Programs (Contact) related lists shows you:

Record Type: Where the student is applying.

Application Decision: The Programs decision (stage) regarding acceptance of the student into the program.

Enrollment Decision: Did the student Accept, Decline, or Defer the program's offer?

Cohort Term: When did/will the student join the program?

Program Exit Semester: The semester the student left the program. If there is a date here, the student is no longer in the program.
