Please tell The Grievance officer that I strongly object to Karen Mitchell

bringing my Mother's name into this grievance. She is in the last days of her

life at this time in Titusville Florida.

Thanks,

Charles

Directly below is the "path" details for Karen's God Message. What struck me was

the title:

"I can Only Imagine" i.e., http://www.andiesisle.com:80/icanonlyimagine.html

The video covered death, or after life. I took it that she could only image if I were dead.

(Hidden)

Here is the material you requested.

My Mother is (Hidden), nee Thompson.

She was born 14 September 1918. She has a terminal disease and has been

incompetent for the last ten years. She does not know me nor her own name.

She lives in Florida under 24 hour care.

She has never helped me on the web site nor does she have any knowledge of it.

She is not the same person named (Hidden). (Hidden) lives near El Paso

Texas and has helped with El Paso TXGenWeb providing thousands of tombstone

photos to the El Paso Co. CC. She used to be a CC for Santa Fe County NM, but

resigned for reasons she did into share with me. I was her Co-CC for Santa Fe

County.

I am the person responsible for placing the large Rosario Cemetery online on

Santa Fe County NMGW while serving as (Hidden)'s Co-CC. That database was sent to

me by the compiler. I could have just placed it on NM ALHN but I chose to place

it on Santa Fe Co as well. I do not know if the new CC kept it on his web site.

Regarding data, I offered to put all of the data existing on NM ALHN under the

umbrella of USGenWeb by a request to Bettie Wood a few months ago. I requested

to make NM ALHN an affiliated web site with USGenWeb much like the Friends of

USGenWeb are. Bettie said my request was denied by the AB.

I have on occasions offered to allow CCs to use data from NM ALHN. I did so

again last week to a CC whose name I should not mention.

I have also arranged large databases for NMGW for another CC which she has

placed online.

About the strange charges about my family. I did not read all of the email Karen

Mitchell sent to the AB. It was a stupid email deserving no detailed analysis by

me.

Mitchell stated I was 62 years old. That is not true. She stated my Mother was

82 years old. That is not true. She stated that my granddaughter was about 20

years old. That is not true.

I will offer no detailed data about those people as I see no reason to provide

further personal data about my family which Mitchell might use and publish. I

will state that my granddaughter will assume ownership of NM ALHN after I pass

away. I have always considered my personal websites to be a Family project with

the intention of them continuing after I pass away. I saw no reason not to place

the names of family members on it. It is not a USGW project and should not be a

subject for them to investigate.

About my using aliases on other USGenWeb sites, that is a lie. I have belonged

to NM MAPS, NM AAG, California Obituaries, NM Marriages, Washoe Co NVGenWeb,

Santa Fe NM NMGW as Co-CC, Rio Arriba NMGW as Co-CC, Torrance Co NMGW, as CC,

Pitkin Co COGW CC, Kit Carson Co COGW CC, and a NCGW County as Co- CC and

another as CC.

I have only used the name Charles Barnum. I invite an investigation to determine

if I belong to any other USGenWeb project under another name or have ever done

so.

As for my using other names on NM ALHN, NM ALHN does not have any rules about

anonymous submitters nor restrictions about using an aliases. There are three

people who use aliases on NM ALHN. They do not want to draw attention to their

self for reasons that I will not state. However, The identity rules of USGenWeb

do not apply to my personal web sites.

My main webmasters are (Hidden) who lives near El Paso and often works with

(Hidden) on projects. Another is (Hidden) who was also the CC of Rio

Arriba NM GW who resigned a couple of weeks after Mitchell was elected.

(I might add here that Jo Foxx of Bernalillo County and Leon Moya of Mora County

also resigned after Karen took over as SC.( Karen was never elected, she was

declared the SC. No one knew she was even running.)

I have recently removed the names of the Co-Webmasters from the "About Us" page

on NM ALHN. I do not want to subject them to any further investigations like was

made about my family by Karen Mitchell.

One final word about my family. Last year I removed the name of (Hidden) Barnum, my

wife, from the web site. I did this at her request. She had received a

disturbing email from someone stating that (She) was not a real person. It was

mildly threatening. (She) told me to get her name off the web site. (She) has

been a typist for the web site for years. I removed her name and used my name

in place of her name on the works she did. I thought at the time that the email

to her was a crank, but I now have a suspicion that it is connected to the

current situation. I did not save that email unfortunately.

Regarding the URL page you constructed: One word, Brilliant.

I have nothing to add. It is not too much nor too little. It is Brilliant.

Charles Barnum
