Seek the LORD and You Will Find Him
29 But if from there you seek the LORD your God, you will find him if you look for him with all your heart and with all your soul.

7 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

Seek the LORD Always
4 Look to the LORD and his strength;
seek his face always.
Old Testament Scripture tells us if we seek the LORD, we will find Him...Jesus follows up this statement centuries later and teaches us those the if we seek (Him), we will find (Him)...For everyone who seeks does find Him...But seeking is not always easy...It seems much of the time our Father hides...Neither Moses, the author of Deuteronomy, or Jesus says it is easy...Nor do they say that when we search Him we things will go well for us...It is easier to search for Him when life is easy and things are going well...It seems He is not always in the comfortable places in our lives...He also does not come out for us -and say here I AM....
God is infinite...This makes Him very complex, and much of a mystery to us...This makes Him confusing and a mystique...Our hearts and our thinking seem to be finite...But we are told, when our hearts continually seek Him, we will find Him, but then it seems and feels, (after a period of time) like He has left us, or He is hiding......We have felt a slice of Him, only a small part of the Infinite One...But through faith we must continue the search...We must always consider ourselves seekers of our Father, because of His eternal ways...We must seek Him always...Everyday, each morning the believer should be reaching out and seeking our LORD...The true believer, I think, should always be asking for God's help, knocking on His door, and always seeking Him...
It is difficult for something limited to understand infinity...It is difficult for a simple man to find God...But we are told to seek Him and we can get these glimpses of Him...Our Infinite God wants us to continually seek Him with all our heart, and all our soul...God allows our finite mind and heart to feel His presence with the Holy Spirit, He gives each of us...To believe this goes beyond our mind's understanding, and we must turn to our faith...This seeking Him gives our mind this new level, this level of faith...This level is a mystery...Not understanding faith is hard for many, especially the atheist...While we are on earth, our seeking and our faith is only a journey, it is not the destination, until we meet Him after our resurrection... Throughout the history of mankind, we have searched this Great Connection to the Infinite One....We will not rest until we find Him, and feel His Presence...This link between finite to the Infinite is our personal faith...We seek Him with our heart and soul and find Him though our faith...
