Matthew 7:1-6
Judging Others
1"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
3"Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 4How can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.
Jesus teaches us not to judge others...If we judge others then we must be prepared to be judged by the same measure we are judging...And Jesus does not want us to be hypocrites...
Jesus knows man is imperfect and each of us are flawed with sin(s)...So how can we tell someone about a flaw of theirs, when we each have his own share...
First we must work on ridding ourselves of our sins...With a sinful nature, that is a daily job...Confess to Jesus if there anything in your life that are not pleasing to you...Ask Jesus to forgive those things that are not pleasing to you in your life...Open your heart and life to Jesus...
Remember Jesus said "He who is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone"...
