Hello Parents and Students! I hope everyone is doing well in this difficult and confusing time!


I hope the weather cooperates and everyone gets a chance to spend some time outside in the fresh air. I'll provide mostly indoor fitness activities over ZOOM, but walking or playing outside is always encouraged! In PE we’ve been doing a unit on Overhand Throwing and we'll continue our unit online while also focusing on fitness.

The US Department of Health and Human Services and the CDC recommend that children and adolescents get 60 minutes or more of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity daily. This does not need to be done all at once and can include a variety of activities! To get 60 minutes daily you will need to supplement this content - check out the “General Activities” tab for ideas.
