Mr. McGinty's Monarchs is about a man taking care of the monarch caterpillars in his neighborhood. Milkweed is the only plant monarchs can eat. When a town cuts down the milkweed growing in an empty lot, what can be done to save the caterpillars?
Do caterpillars have to learn how to form a chrysalis? Do sharks have to learn how to swim? Let's find out in They Just Know: Animal Instincts.
In Terry and the Caterpillars, Terry finds some interesting caterpillars in her yard and decides to keep them. Do you think they will turn into butterflies or moths?
There are lots of ways to attract butterflies and moths so you can study them more closely. Grownups, check out the following links if interested!
