1 Peter 2:24
Jesus Died for Our Sins
24 "He himself bore our sins" in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; "by his wounds you have been healed."
John 16:33
In This World You Will Have Problems
33 "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."
John 14:27
Jesus Gives Us a Peace that is not of this World
27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
Mark 2:17
Jesus Came to Earth for Sinners
17 On hearing this, Jesus said to them, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners."
Acts 4:12
Jesus is our Savior and our Salvation
12 Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.
Sinning is a problem of the world...And Jesus came to fix that problem...Jesus came into this world from Another World to find and call on sinners, and to save them...He ways He did not come to call the righteous, but sinners...Jesus told His Disciples that in this world they would have problems...So as far as fixing the other problems of the world, He did not address them...He came to fix our problem of sin...So He came and bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might be saved of our sins and live for righteousness...So by His wounds we have been healed of our sin problem...
Jesus saves us from our sins in this world, but not from the troubles of this world…I believe that is a very interesting point or points…Jesus came also to show us the path to God, and not free the world of its problems and troubles...And I can almost say that these statements are a paradox...Yet Jesus, Himself, I often see as a paradox…A Divine Paradox from Another World...
He has came into our world to save us from our sins and be our Savior, but He does allow the world and its troubles to get us down, and to let us down…And this world can get us down…Yet, He is there to pick us up and bring us peace…There is a kind of peace that is not of this world...And that is the kind of peace that He brings...
Maybe creation never had any problems until we fell from grace...And after that maybe all the world's problems started with our sins, after we initially disobeyed God...Maybe we have drifted from God and His Word and have created many, if not all of the world's problems, outside of Eden...Maybe the fall of man has given us a love for this world, and that was not what God intended...God wanted Adam and Eve, and you and me to love Him and Jesus and have Them always first and foremost in our lives...Maybe there is Someone who can be loved outside of this world and bring a greater peace to us...There is this greater treasure than all the treasures on earth, and it is from Another World...But because Jesus still exists and is alive we can love Jesus and have a relationship with both Him and His Father and still find peace in this world on earth because of our relationship with Them...
