• Kickoff meetings need to happen for every project that is to go into production. Olivia will help to schedule these meetings. This meeting happens once your budget and preliminary calendar has been approved.

• This meeting will include Programming team, Editorial team pertaining to your project, Post-production (Veronica or coordinator), archival, R&C, legal, music licensing, and production team.
  • This is the time to discuss calendar and rollout, edit schedule, and ask any questions about the project
  • Also the time to discuss where the video and social content is airing and what the rollout should look like
  • The success of your piece is dependent on sticking to these air dates, and this meeting is to advise how to get the most eyeballs on your piece

• There should also be post production meetings once a producer is back from the field to discuss what was shot, any changes in direction/beats, any challenges you might be facing in the edit, etc. Up to the producer to schedule these with post production/supervising producer.
