Printer Setup and Locations
The printers should automatically install once you are on site here in the South office for a period of time. Here are the printer names, locations, and IP addresses for reference:
To install manually on a personal computer, please follow the instructions (graciously provided by Tech Support).
To install manually on a Vice computer, open the Self Service application to install "HQ South Printers."
Conference Rooms
Conference rooms can be booked in advance on Insider. Lobby 1, Kitchen, Board Room, Living Room, Screening Room and Bear Room have restricted access, please don't set up in there without prior approval.
Deliveries and Lunch Orders
For work related mail, shipments and lunch orders use the shipping and receiving address: 32B South 1st Street, Brooklyn, NY 11249
Please do not send any personal packages to the office.
FedEx and Outgoing Mail
If you have project related FedEx shipments or mail in need of postage, reach out to the office management team at officeassistant@vice.com with the sender address, recipient address, delivery speed and Project ID. These shipments will get billed back to your project.
