Each month, U.S. short form team shares a batch of published videos that have been cleared to distribute internationally.
Please be sure to add team contacts to Short Form International contacts doc for the monthly Short Form e-mail distribution.
Short Form Workflow:
- Receive assets from NYC - Frame.io links to clean splits and broadcast finals.
- Use these files to create a version for your market using the style templates provided below. If your platform's native language is in English, you can use the broadcast file from the U.S. If you are translating to another language, use the most current style assets and English language transcripts to create translated versions for your platform.
- Do a QC on all content BEFORE it is delivered for air. Check for spelling, audio blips and video glitches.
- For questions, refer to the guidelines and Short Form Common Problems document.
- **After the video is published to your Facebook page, please follow up by accessing monthly success tracker links from this tracker 5-7 days after your Facebook airdate. Fill out which ones you publish by marking in your respective territory. Contact Katie Sharp for any tracking questions.
