Right & Clearances (or R&C) is a department within VICE with many roles in video production & publication.
R&C = a policy, set of documents and REQUIRED procedure.
R&C provides the initial determination of whether a video is legally clear to publish.
R&C also concerns what VICE can & cannot do with content (videos, articles, etc) after it is published - this means licensing videos or footage to other people / companies, distributing content internationally, and more
