Every cut goes through two Quality Control (QC) reviews first:

R&C REVIEW - STEPS
2. R&C coordinator reviews & responds with notes - these can be general questions, edit changes, or items that require written Legal approval in order to include in your video.
3. AP & R&C coordinator work together until all points have been addressed
4. AP creates the R&C Deliverables & uploads to VL2 page
5. Video is sent through POST PROCESS & embed code is circled back around to R&C, who marks entry as Reviewed/Cleared & passes the embed code to the video team & vertical head.
Once your piece is PICTURE LOCKED and ready for final QC, email the info below to nycpost@vice.com & shelly.kamiel@vice.com with your editors/AEs on CC so they can address QC notes if any, immediately.
