Wrap Report

ALL PRODUCERS NEED TO FILL OUT A WRAP REPORT AND SEND IT ALONG WITH AN ACTUALIZED BUDGET TO SERGIO AND OLIVIA NO LATER THAN 2 WEEKS AFTER THE PIECE HAS BEEN DELIVERED.

• The Wrap Report will ask for general shoot info, major overages/underages, and post days billed to project. Contact Veronica for any questions about editor time billed to a project.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Freelancers AND Staff Editors time need to be accounted for.
• The Wrap Report form is also part of the Project Bible
• We will be follow up with you to review the Cost Tracker and Wrap Report tabs once it's been sent
• Make sure project file for your piece is cleaned up before it's archived.
